Most political news names no constituency at all — it is HQ, federal or state-level, and belongs to an organisation rather than a place. These are resolved from the extracted organisation names, never from article text, so an ordinary Malay word like muda or amanah in prose never becomes a party.

A party with no mentions is in the registry because it fielded a candidate, not because it is in the news. Coalition membership moves — PAS sat in Gagasan Sejahtera in 2018 and Perikatan Nasional by 2023 — so a party is never tagged with its coalition by inference. Each is matched only where the text names it.
